Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your leather goods in their original dust bag and shipping box to prevent scuffing or structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
